Shipping & Returns
We currently are shipping only to the United States. We offer flat rate shipping, so you only pay one flat shipping rate no matter how many items are in your order. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
What are the shipping fees?
At this time, we don't offer any expedited shipping options. But, stay tuned, they are coming soon! We currently offer one shipping option for packages shipped to addresses within the United States.

When will your order be delivered?
We process and ship items within 2-3 business days*. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click “Tracking link” within the email to get the most up-to-date shipping information. It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on FedEx UPS Mail Innovations and USPS sites. Please see the in-transit times in the table above.
How will your order be shipped?
Your shipment will arrive via USPS, UPS Mail Innovations or FedEx. We do not require a signature for the delivery.
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days from the time we process your return in our warehouse..
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you can place a new order and return the previously purchased item.
* Please note that transit times are estimates. Things like incorrect or forwarded addresses, weather delays, and delays due to high volume processing by mail carriers during the holidays, are unfortunately out of our control and may result in delayed arrival. However, please reach out to us if there is an issue, we are always happy to check on your order! Business days are defined as Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
